Yes. The market areas that John Vrooman specializes in include White Plains, Hartsdale, West Harrison as well as those parts of Greenburgh and North Castle that have a White Plains post office address.

No, John Vrooman specializes in the listing and sales of residential single family homes, condominiums, co-ops, and 2-4 unit multi-family homes.  John also can assist sellers of vacant land, small commercial properties and various types of rentals...however he wants seller's of these types of properties to know that he doesn't "specialize" or regularly "work" these parts of the real estate business.
